1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TQ File Manager mobile application ("App") provided by TQ tech ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
TQ File Manager provides tools to browse, organize, search, copy, move, delete, compress, extract, and open files on Android devices. Features include:
- Single-pane and dual-pane file browsing
- Bookmarks and recent files
- Global search
- Media and document viewing
- Archive compression and extraction
- Optional Shizuku support for restricted folders
- Free version with advertisements
- TQ File Manager Pro subscription with ad-free experience and additional features
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
- Use the App to distribute malware or harmful content
- Circumvent subscription, licensing, or security features
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App without permission
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Files you access, modify, delete, copy, move, share, or install using the App
- Ensuring you have legal rights to manage the files you operate on
- Backing up important data before delete, move, or overwrite operations
- Permissions you grant to the App and optional tools such as Shizuku
- Compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
6. Storage Permissions & Device Access
The App requires storage-related permissions to function. By granting permissions, you authorize the App to access files and folders needed for the features you use.
On Android 11 and above, "All files access" may be required for full file manager functionality. You may deny permissions, but some features may not work.
7. Shizuku (Optional Feature)
Shizuku is a third-party tool not owned or controlled by us. If you enable Shizuku integration:
- You must install and run Shizuku separately
- You grant Shizuku permissions at your own risk
- We are not responsible for Shizuku's behavior, security, or availability
8. Advertisements
The free version of the App may display ads served by Google AdMob, including app open, interstitial, and native ads.
Ads may be disabled when you purchase an active Pro subscription or ads are disabled by remote configuration or other App settings.
Ad content is provided by third parties. We do not endorse advertised products or services.
9. TQ File Manager Pro Subscription

Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region and currency.
9.2 โ Pro Benefits
- Ad-free experience
- Access to Pro-only features (e.g., opening certain file types)
- Additional premium features as described in the App
Benefits may change over time with reasonable notice where required.
9.3 โ Billing through Google Play
All purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not handle payment card information. By subscribing, you also agree to Google Play's terms.
9.4 โ Auto-Renewal
9.5 โ Cancellation
You may cancel anytime. To cancel:
- Open Google Play Store
- Tap Profile โ Payments & subscriptions โ Subscriptions
- Select TQ File Manager Pro
- Tap Cancel subscription
Cancellation stops future charges. You retain Pro access until the end of the current paid period.
9.6 โ Free Trials & Promotions
If offered, free trials or promotional pricing convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Eligibility and terms are determined by Google Play and us at the time of offer.
9.7 โ Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policies. Contact Google Play support for purchase refunds unless otherwise required by law. We do not guarantee refunds outside Google Play's policies.
9.8 โ Restore Purchases
You may restore an active subscription on a new device using the Restore option in the App, signed in with the same Google account used for purchase.
10. Intellectual Property
The App, including its name, logo, design, code, and content (excluding your files), is owned by TQ tech or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
11. Third-Party Services & Links
The App integrates with or may link to third-party services, including Google Play Services / Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, Shizuku, Android system components, and other apps you choose to open files with.
We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or content. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TQ tech from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
- Files you manage, share, install, or distribute using the App
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
Sections that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
16. Updates to the App & Terms
We may update the App and these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on bgmi64bitapk.com with a revised "Last updated" date.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
